Ingredients
  • 200 gr rice
  • 0,5 kg beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • spinach
  • 1 carrot (middle size)
  • 50 gr green beans
  • 1 onion (middle size)
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • chilli pepper
  • black pepper
Cuisine: Cooking time: 20 mins Serving: 2 people

If you want to make something delicious and fast, then we have a recipe for you. We promise it will be nice and healthy!

  1. Cut the onion and carrots in pieces. Put them in a preheated oil in a pan. Add beans also and fry all for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the beef in pieces and put it in the same pan where vegetables are. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the spices in.
  3. In the mean time, in a different pan put 750 ml water, 1 table spoon oil. Boil it until cooking and then add the rice. Cook for 10 minutes. If there is still water in the rice, use sieve to remove it.
  4. Put the rice in a plate and pour the sauce, beef and vegetables over it.
