- 200 gr rice
- 0,5 kg beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 carrot (middle size)
- 50 gr green beans
- 1 onion (middle size)
- chilli pepper
- black pepper

- Cut the onion and carrots in pieces. Put them in a preheated oil in a pan. Add beans also and fry all for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut the beef in pieces and put it in the same pan where vegetables are. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the spices in.
- In the mean time, in a different pan put 750 ml water, 1 table spoon oil. Boil it until cooking and then add the rice. Cook for 10 minutes. If there is still water in the rice, use sieve to remove it.
- Put the rice in a plate and pour the sauce, beef and vegetables over it.
