Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (brown)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 100 mgr vegetable/olive oil
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • the peels of 1 orange
Cuisine: Cooking time: 30 - 40 mins Serving: 4 + people

Fast and Delicious Cake with Orange peels (Кекс с портокалови кори) :

1. In a large bowl, scramble the eggs, mix together the milk, the sugar, the flour, the baking soda, and the oil. Continue scrambling until the mix is totally smooth.

2. Take 1 orange and wash the peel good. Use grater and start peeling the orange. Use the peels as you put them in the cake mix.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

TIP : Take your pan for the cake and put oil on it to make it shiny. Pour also just a little flour. It will prevent the cake of sticking on the pan, and it will be easily removed from it.

4. Put the cake in the pan, as using the tip. Put it in your oven and bake it for 30 to 40 mins or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.

TIP : Don’t open the oven too much. When you оpen the oven too much, you change the heat and it will affect your cake as making it not puffy enough. 

5. Wait 10 mins so the cake can be cooled, then remove it from the pan.

6. Dust the cake with powdered sugar if you want.
