Ingredients
  • For the burritos
  • 0.500 kg chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 can enchilada sauce, divided
  • 2 red paprika
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 200-300 gr cheese
  • For the sause
  • 125 gr crème fraîche
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro

This burrito recipe is very easy to make. Imagine coming home and your man surprise you with these well made delicious burrito rolls! Follow the steps:

  1. In a pan put oil and cook chicken, onion and garlic until chicken is ready(chicken should turn brownish).
  2. Add cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper and paprika. Leave it on a fire for 10 minutes.
  3. After that add 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce. Leave it for 5 minutes on a fire.
  4. Take tortillas and pour 1 to 2 spoons from the mixture over any of them and roll. Use toothpick to help tortillas remain being rolls.
  5. Put cheese over any of rolls and put them in a preheated to 220 degrees oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the toothpick after oven.
  6. Make a sauce from crème fraîche, lemon juice, chive and cilantro.

Serve warm burritos with a bowl of Crème Fraiche sauce. Enjoy!
